The Corporate Transparency Act went into effect January 1, 2024 and virtually ALL small business are required to comply. We are happy to take care of the paperwork for you as part of our Company Maintenance Program. Not only will we handle the BOI Report, we'll make sure you are up to date on all the company deadlines, paperwork, and meetings.
